You will receive a  collection of digital files of your logo to cover both print and web usage:

 

SUITABLE FOR PRINT

  • High resolution JPG (210 x 297 mm, 300dpi, CMYK colour mode) 
  • High resolution PDF (210 x 297 mm, 300dpi, CMYK colour mode, transparent background) 

 

SUITABLE FOR web/social media

  • Low resolution PNG (1000px square, 72dpi, RGB colour mode, transparent background)
  • High resolution PNG (210 x 297 mm, 300dpi, RGB colour mode, transparent background) 
  • Low resolution JPG (1000px square, 72dpi, RGB colour mode) 

 

You will also receive an information sheet to explain the different file types and usage. 

 

THE ORDERING PROCESS

1.      Select your design option (if available):

  • Logo only
  • Logo + Condensed Logo
  • Logo + Business Card
  • Logo + Condensed Logo + Business Card

2.      After you add the product to your cart, a detail collection form will pop up, please fill in your company/logo details and submit

3.      Once you have finished your order, click on the shopping cart button at the top of the screen to go to the checkout

4.      Check through your order summary and when you are ready to complete your transaction, hit the Checkout button and follow the checkout steps. 

 

the DESIGN process

1.     Once you have placed your order, I will create the chosen premade design with your supplied text and any changes of colour to the text. If you require other design changes such as layout/positioning or font change, please purchase the 'Design Changes to your Premade Logo' product via http://www.nevertheless.com.au/additional-services  (more information below under the Design Changes section)

2.    I will email a watermarked digital soft proof for you to review and approve, this will be sent within 24 hours of your order being placed

3.    You are allowed one revision to amend the text or colour change if needed. If you end up requiring this, I will email through a revised watermarked digital soft proof for you to review and approve. If you further revisions after this, please purchase the 'Extra Text & Colour Changes to your Premade Logo' product via http://www.nevertheless.com.au/additional-services (more information below under the Proofs & Revisions section)

4.    Once a soft proof has been approved by you, I will email through the digital files of the final and completed premade logo design. 

 

SUPPLYING YOUR INFORMATION

A form to collect your business name, tagline/subtext etc. will pop up during the ordering process, please make sure that you check the information that you enter as I will be entering it into the design as you have supplied. If you want any text to be in all capitals, all lower case or sentence case, please enter it this way into the form. And of course, check spelling and grammar!

 

design changes

The only changes to the premade design that is included in the price are: 

  • Replacement of sample text to your supplied text 
  • Colour of your company name and tagline/subtext. Please visit https://htmlcolorcodes.com/  to find the exact hex value of your chosen colour e.g. #006062 and let me know in the message area on the detail collection form. Alternatively, you can email a swatch image through to me via hello[at]nevertheless.com.au.

 

If you have design changes that involve resizing, positioning/layout or using a different font for your text, these are not included in the price, please purchase the 'Design Changes to your Premade Logo' product via http://www.nevertheless.com.au/additional-services - this will include a soft digital proof for you to review.  If you are after design changes to the graphics, please contact me as this will take more time or might not be possible. 

 

PROCESSING TIME

Depending on the amount of add-ons or changes, please allow 1-4 working days for the process – from ordering to completion. If you’re ordering business card printing, please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for printing and delivery time.

 

PROOFS & REVISIONS

You are allowed 1 set of revisions after the first proof has been provided. You are more than welcome to purchase the 'Extra Text & Colour Changes to your Premade Logo' product via http://www.nevertheless.com.au/additional-services if you require further changes, this will include a soft digital proof for you to review. COPYRIGHTS & TERMS OF USE

This premade logo design is not one of a kind and it will be resold. Nevertheless/Sheryl Young owns the copyright to the design. You have rights to use the purchased files as part of your branding but you are not allowed to edit or resell any of the designs.

 

Condensed Logo

Some designs will have a condensed logo that compliments the main logo,  perfect as an alternative to display. If you order the condensed logo with your logo design, you will receive it as a:

  • High resolution PNG
  • Low resolution PNG
  • High resolution JPG
  • Low resolution JPG

The business card must be from the same design suite as the logo and, ordered as part of the premade logo design. You will receive the final design as a digital print-ready PDF which you can take to a professional printer. Please go to the Premade Business Card section to find out more.

final BUSINESS CARD FILE

You will receive the final design as a digital print-ready PDF which you can take to a professional printer. The design is a standard business card size of 90 x 55mm, prepared in CMYK colour mode with 3mm bleed, crop marks and fonts outlined. 

Please note that there might be slight colour variations from what you see on screen and what you receive in print due to their different colour spaces and how colour is produced. 

It is your responsibility to communicate with your chosen printer and to make sure that you do an initial test print before doing a bulk print run of the design. Nevertheless will not be held responsible for any issues you experience with printing.
